We have a range of women in our community, from uni grads, to early careers, mums, tech returners, and women wanting to upskill. Our mixture of courses can be used to upskill employees internally or be shared in the wider community to open the door for more women wanting a career in tech.
2021 ANNUAL MEMBER SURVEY & INSIGHT REPORT
Close to 1,000 CFG members answered the call to give their open and honest feedback on all things tech, careers, and global issues. Off the back of the survey, we’ve developed a downloadable report (link below) and will be launching a special research paper at Code Fest 2021 regarding Race & Gender in the Workplace: How to build a culture that attracts & retains talent.
Since 2015 we’ve connected 50+ companies with our community of over 30,000 talented women to change the face of tech.
We have a range of packages to help build your brand profile with our community and also give more women the chance to learn how to code.
